I was about to order a small part, but then I saw the shipping and it was almost the same price as the item itself. I don’t know, that just feels kind of ridiculous to me. The part price might’ve been fine, but once the shipping got added... yeah, it just wasn’t worth it. I ended up not placing the order

"Warranty support took way too long"
I had a part fail and reached out to oemfordparts.us for warranty help, but the whole process was really disappointing. I expected a much faster response, especially for a warranty issue, but replies took forever and each time they just asked for more information. After all that, I still didn’t get any real help and ended up buying the part again from somewhere else. Frustrating experience overall.

I ordered a couple of Ford parts because the website said they were in stock, but a few days later I got an email saying one of them was actually backordered. That was really frustrating because I needed it for a weekend repair, and it felt like one of those annoying automated systems that tells you one thing upfront and then leaves you to deal with the mess later. I ended up canceling that part and finding it somewhere else. Customer service did get back to me, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the inventory info really needs to be more reliable. I might use them again, but definitely not if I need something quickly.

"Refund Still Missing and Nobody Took Ownership"
I’m still waiting on my refund, and the whole thing has been really frustrating. Every time I reached out to support, I got a different excuse, but no one seemed to actually take responsibility or tell me who was handling it. It felt like I was being passed around with no clear owner, and the refund never showed up.

The packaging was bad. It’s not even about that being a huge deal on its own, but it just made the whole order feel careless and disappointing when it arrived.

It just didn’t feel like a genuine OEM part to me. I ended up spending extra time checking it over and comparing it, which was annoying because I shouldn’t have to put in that much effort just to feel confident about what I bought

"Core refund process was more trouble than it was worth"
I expected the core charge to be straightforward, but it ended up being a hassle. The return instructions weren’t very clear to me, and even after I sent the core back, I still had to follow up just to get the refund sorted out. Maybe others have had a smoother experience, but for me it felt like way too much chasing around. I probably wouldn’t order from here again.

"Backorder With No Clear Updates"
I ordered a part and only found out later that it was on backorder. There wasn’t really a clear update or any kind of timeline, so I kept having to check back myself to see what was going on. It was frustrating, because when you need a part, you need to be able to plan around it. I just kept feeling like my order was sitting there and kind of being ignored.

I kind of regret buying this here. The shipping took way longer than I expected, and the tracking updates were confusing, so I never really knew what was going on. I ended up waiting past the original timeframe, which was really frustrating. If you need parts quickly, I’d probably look somewhere else.

I checked a few Ford parts here, the prices were kind of shocking. Like, I expected maybe a small difference, not a full dramatic moment. I found the same parts cheaper on other sites quickly, so it just didn’t feel worth it for me.

The part got here fine, but the install info was pretty much no help. The page barely had any steps and what was there was kinda vague. I ended up searching forums and guessing more than I should’ve had to. For an OEM part, I expected better
"Payment page just wouldn’t work"
I tried to order a part maybe 2 times, and both times the payment page just sat there spinning for a while before throwing an error. My card worked fine on like 2 or 3 other sites, so I’m sure it wasn’t on my end. I emailed them, but the reply didn’t really explain much. After wasting around 20 minutes messing with it, I gave up and bought the part somewhere else

"Invoice was harder to read than it needed to be"
My invoice from OEM Ford Parts was confusing. The prices and extra charges weren’t laid out very clearly, and I found myself trying to figure out what a few of the line items even meant, not exactly what you want to do after just ordering parts. For a simple order, it really shouldn’t take that much effort to understand the bill.

"Part showed up in rough shape"
i mean, I ordered a Ford part from oemfordparts.us and it arrived looking beat up. There were scratches and dirty spots on it, almost like it had been sitting on a shelf forever or maybe even used before. The box wasn’t in great shape either. For what I paid, I expected it to show up looking clean and new. Disappointed with the whole thing.

"Fitment Help Was Frustrating"
I was hoping for a little more help figuring out if the part would actually fit, but the staff didn’t seem too sure about the details. I kept having to double-check things myself, which kind of defeats the whole point of asking for help in the first place. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely a bit annoying.

My tracking was basically stuck forever and I kept checking it thinking maybe it would update later but it never did, and when I tried to get help no one really gave me any useful answers so the whole thing was just frustrating

"Wrong Part, Slow Help, Great Combo"
I ordered what I was sure was the right OEM part from oemfordparts.us, and naturally, what showed up was not what I ordered. The part number on the box was different, which was super helpful since it made the part completely useless for my truck. Customer service took way too long to get back to me, and I had to explain the issue twice because apparently once wasn’t enough. Maybe it was just a mix-up, but either way, the order accuracy was terrible in my case. 1 star.
